Jessica is a passionate educator and homeschooling mother of a toddler, with over 15 years of experience working with children ages 0-10. She draws inspiration from Waldorf, Reggio Emilia, and Montessori philosophies, believing in the power of hands-on, child-led learning to foster creativity, curiosity, and a lifelong love of discovery.
Her journey in early childhood education has been diverse and impactful. Jessica has worked as a trusted educational nanny, an educator in early childhood settings, and a specialist in inclusive classrooms . She has supported children with diverse needs, including autism and other developmental challenges.
Jessica’s personalized approach emphasizes creating a warm, supportive environment where every child feels valued, empowered, and inspired to thrive. Her dedication to fostering a love for learning is at the heart of her childcare philosophy.

Philosophy
Our onboarding philosophy integrates a diverse range of educational philosophies such as Waldorf, Reggio Emilia, Montessori, and more, emphasizing nature, play, and Spanish immersion. Additionally, our program is built on nurturing the whole child, prioritizing social-emotional learning, and inclusive, diverse community. We spark curiosity-driven exploration through play-based learning and collaborative activities, identifying and supporting each child’s unique needs and learning style. Special outings and field trips, including visits to parks, libraries, science centers, and more, are essential for hands-on learning, enriched by parent approval. Our approach combines interest-driven exploration with nature-based learning and language immersion, fostering a passion for lifelong learning and academic achievement. Application is free, while non-refundable registration and materials fees cover uniforms, field trip fees, and supplies, with the option for parents to contribute art supplies and books for our dynamic curriculum.
