Welcome to J’s Nest Childcare. My name is Jordan Wintz and my husband (Clay), and I have lived in Pierce for about 10 years now. We got married in 2017 and started a family shortly after that. In fall of 2018 we had our first child- Maverick and in 2020 we had our second child- Maclin. They are both crazy, wild, boys and we cannot get enough of them. It has been my dream to open a childcare program and I am so excited to be doing it in a community like Pierce.
Philosophy
My goal with opening a childcare program and being a childcare provider is to provide a safe and happy place for children to grow and learn. To provide the children with a quality growing and learning environment, we will implement several sensory activities, fine motor skills, reading, language developmental activities, along with interacting with each other as a group. We will also practice being kind to each other, toys, and adults.
