I have experience working in Head Start programs, and it inspired me to want to work more with children. I’ve taken child development classes at Mid-Plains, and I am currently working on my Child Development Associate Degree courses as well.
Philosophy
In our program, we focus on supporting children through play-based and nature based activities. Through play, children have the opportunity to access and play with all the toys available to them, such as puzzles, Jumbo Legos, electronic library, reading books, etc. We also focus on seasonal activities and gardening.
Location
Our program is near the Armory and near the outdoor pool and Memorial Park.
About our program
I recently opened my program and am excited to welcome your family! We love celebrating holidays with the children in our program. We are a play-based program, we also include arts and crafts and music and dance. We look forward to meeting your family!
