Philosophy
Our philosophy here at Teddy Bear Tender Care daycare center is simply to love and care for every child in my care as if he or she was my own. And to give each child warm smiles, gentle hugs and loads of encouragement. I believe that children learn their best through play and with hands on experiences. My daycare allows each child to investigate, explore, learn how to make plans, learn problem solving and how to interact with others. I offer a balance of child and teacher-directed activities to help each child develop self-help and a positive self-image. I try to serve as a role model and provide care to each child that is supportive, nurturing, warm and caring. I recognize parents as the most significant providers of care and nurturing and I believe you and I are partners in your children’s care and education. I know your child is your most worthy possession. This is the very reason I will provide the best care for your child while he or she is in my care.
Location
We are local to several Forsyth County Schools and currently have a bus stop for Walkertown Elementary school.
