Our Teachers

Sherol L. Toney , Owner/Director Sherol has her Child Development Associate (CDA) degree in Preschool Childcare. She’s worked in the Childcare Center base for over four years. She realized that she needed to complete her dream after the birth of her Down Syndrome grand-daughter. She enjoy her relationships with each of the children in her center. Sherol value children and believes in family. One of her major strong points is to help develop healthy community with the children and their family. She will continue to strive daily to provide sound curriculum.

Philosophy

At S&T Small Kids Learning Center our purpose is to provide your child/children with love guidance, and the opportunities for the best developmentally learning experiences with our center The center will provide a safe environment, with all well trained and carefully screened care givers. Our center will provide a sound curriculum for the need of each child in our center.

Location

Small Kids Learning Center is located downtown in the City of Lumberton, MS. It is very easy to finds us we are right next door to Lumberton City Park. Admissions

  1. Small Kids enrollment forms will be needed a. the registration form b. the health history form and c. the permission to treat form.
  2. Complete the Enrollment form (if enrolling a new born, you’ll also need to provide the center with a birth certificate and immunization records.
  3. If the child is special needs you as a parent will need to provide the center with a care plan and Individualized Education Program (IEP)
  4. Be sure to read all the instruction carefully and fill everything out completely. If there are any questions, be sure to ask your childcare center or contact your local County Health Department for help.
  5. Small Kids Learning Center asks you to please visit different daycare center in person before making a decision.
  6. Drop off the forms at the Childcare Center or submit online (depending on the Center’s procedure)
  7. Please submit your application with the required enrollment fee (Non-refundable registration fee)
