Our Teachers

Kimberly Smith, Director/Owner She realized her dream of having her own in home childcare program after the birth of all of her grandkids. Her favorite thing about what she does is developing relationships with the children that she teaches and their families. She believes that small class size and the development of a strong community allow her and her team to really know each child as an individual and to provide a solid and supportive foundation in the early years.

Philosophy

At our daycare, we strive to create a safe and caring community of young explorers inspired by the Montessori philosophy. Our program is a place where children can learn through doing, invent through making, and solve problems by working together. We believe that when children are truly engaged with their environment, magic happens. My experience and my learning centers do this by creating a space driven by the interests and ideas of the children who inhabit it.

Location

10850 Highway M Success, Mo. 65570 We are in a great location to service our military families, and civilian employees that use the South Gate to Fort Leonard Wood, Mo; that live in Success, Roby, Plato, and Evening shade. We are located 7 miles from Roby.
