Ms. Asha has been working in childcare since 2012, beginning by caring for her brother’s young infants so he could return to work. She lovingly supported the children during evenings, weekends, and early mornings, and quickly discovered her passion for working with children through fun activities and outings like trips to the museum. Ms. Asha enjoys creating meaningful experiences for children and says caring for them has allowed her to experience the joy of motherhood all over again.
Ms. Binti has been working as a paraprofessional for the past 18 months, supporting students of all ages—from early childhood through high school—including children with autism and other developmental needs. She is passionate about building meaningful connections with each child, taking the time to understand their unique perspectives and helping them feel supported, valued, and understood.
