Our Teachers

Zone 4 Kidz welcomes you and your family to our Center. Our director is excited to work alongside your family with 23 years of experience. We strongly believe that open communication between parents and our staff is essential to fully meeting your child(ren’s) needs, potential and achievements. We look forward to developing a mutual and positive relationship and we are excited that you have chosen us during the windows of opportunity. Early experiences are vital to your child (ren) growth and development. We provide an important resource during the windows of opportunity and share these resources with our families to further the growth and nurturing process outside of Zone 4 Kidz Center.

Non Discrimination Policy

Zone 4 Kidz is committed to serving the community, therefore, we provide ChildCare services without regard to race, color, religion, sex, national origin or disability of persons.

Mission Statement

Zone 4 Kidz, our core belief is that growth is a sequential and orderly process, and that each child has a personal pace and a unique way of developing physically, emotionally, socially, and cognitively. It is the role of the teacher to build on the attributes children have in each areaof growth by creating a rich environment encouraging children to playand learn. Classroom environments are designed to reflect the needs of the children at their individual development levels. We teach children to think and solve problems independently. We want children to learn to be creative, explore and learn from their environment. The work of Piaget and Erikson provides the theoretical framework around which the curriculum is planned. “THE CREATIVE CURRICULUM”, Zone 4 Kidz adds a strong emphasis on GOD.

We celebrate culture and diversity by embracing and valuing the differences that make each person special and unique. We acknowledge and appreciate differences between individuals and groups. We support the rights, religion, and responsibilities of parents and the development and well-being of families. The family is our foundation and starting point for developing services and program content. Together with the family, the child is our focus. We aim to create a partnership to build on the goals intended for the child. Together, Zone 4 Kidz (staff) and parents will build strong relationships and create the best program for our children and families.

Philosophy

Our philosophy is to provide an environment that encourages social, emotional, physical, and intellectual growth and development of the child as a whole. We believe that all children are capable of learning, reach their full potential and succeed in an appropriate learning environment; and fulfill every particular needs. We listen to a child when they are speaking, give encouragement when learning a new skill and give smiles, hugs and high fives to boost their self- esteem and excitement to learn at Zone 4 Kidz. Our staf is dedicated to providing a preschool experience like no other, our facility provides a unique child friendly environment where your child is treated with dignity and respect. Your child will enjoy clean and safe educational activities to form a lifelong foundation for success.
