My son can be a handful at times and has behavioral needs that I know most other daycares would reject. Ms. Danielle, Ms. Lisa, and Ms. Brenda all work so hard with him to ensure his needs are met. Anytime I have concerns they always listen and we problem solve to ensure he is safe and taken care of. Now that it is summer my daughter also attends the center and spends her days engaged in activities always loves telling me about the fun activities the teachers plan. The teachers are like an extended family and I know my kids are always taken care of!

Philosophy
Baden Christian Child Care Center is a faith-based daycare center serving infants through school-age students. Children engage in Christian curriculum, language and communication skills, creativity, group play and activities, self-expression, and learning centers. Our mission is to equip our students for life, the things they learn their first years are so important.
About our program
The educational program is based on sound principles of child development. Our goals are to give children a sense of self-worth by helping them develop at their own individual pace while learning basic skills. We want the children to feel confident and secure enough to explore and grow in a stimulating educational and social environment. We are committed to promoting and supporting all aspects of a child’s growth in an atmosphere of respect. Your child is an individual who is an integral member of a group, and whose uniqueness is acknowledged and appreciated by that group. Children participate in a variety of individual and group activities designed to develop language and reading readiness skills enhancing physical, social, emotional, and intellectual growth, skills and attitudes which will increase their ability to succeed in school. The development and training of staff is a continuous process, which includes attending workshops, listening to guest speakers and frequent discussion. The staff is encouraged to visit other programs and to take classes related to child development. We employ only qualified teachers and aides.
