Testimonials
Lion’s Heart Preschool has been an amazing fit for our family. The teachers go above and beyond to make our children feel loved and encouraged. Their daily lessons and overall Montessori teaching style have allowed our children to develop and explore their own interests. There is ample time spent outdoors-which we absolutely love!! Lion’s Heart is hands down the best school our boys have. Leah C.
We are so lucky to have found this preschool for our son. It is like dropping him off with family not having to worry if he’s ok. They also have an app where they update you daily on activities they’re doing with pictures which I love to see daily. Chelsea F.
We were very particular and anxious when it came to finding childcare for our 1-year-old daughter—then we were blessed to find Lion’s Heart Preschool & they checked ALL our boxes! We love the Montessori learning style, outdoor play, and routine they teach. They truly care for the children and offer a welcoming, family-like environment that allows the children to thrive. We love seeing all the new things our daughter has learned! Ashlynn P.
My daughter has been going to school here for a little over a year. We are so thankful for the incredible caregivers who provide a curriculum that is stimulating, challenging, and enjoyable. The location is adorable and the activities are constantly changing. I think our favorite days are when we drop our daughter off and she gets to walk into a whole new world with themes around holidays or that week’s lesson. Due to the smaller class environment and the diligence of the teachers our daughter is able to receive tailored help in the areas she needs as well as the opportunity to work on advanced work in other areas. Cannot recommend this school enough! MacKayla P.
Philosophy
Our philosophy combines STEAM learning, Christian family values, small farm animals, and gardening with a licensed Montessori program. We believe in self-paced, one-on-one learning, small group settings, large classrooms, outdoor learning, farm animal care, and home-made meals, all in a nurturing environment that fosters strong family values. We embrace a community-oriented approach, working collaboratively with families to deliver an exceptional early education experience.
Location
We are situated on private, secure acreage with large indoor and fenced outdoor learning spaces, a fruit and vegetable garden, and small farm animals to explore. We offer easy highway access and parking for pickup and drop-off. Our facility is Montessori-accredited, clean, and family-owned and operated.
About our program
Our Montessori program provides small group experiences led by licensed and accredited professionals with extensive Montessori training. Our self-paced, one-on-one approach combines theory and practice, offering multiple opportunities for success. We create a nurturing environment with spacious areas, a wide range of learning tools, and years of experience in part-time or full-day, wrap-around programs for working parents. Recognizing that each child learns differently, we focus on understanding your child’s individual needs. Our hands-on program also lets children explore various STEAM activities, helping them discover new interests and build the confidence needed to become lifelong learners.
