My child loves his school. He has connected with the teachers and his friends. I feel he is in a safe environment. However I wish the daycare was more accommodating to my child's specific needs. I would expect a bit more support and willingness from the center to work with us on some of our requests that might be considered outside their typical approach. Every child is different, and while I understand they cannot constantly change rules, I would expect that they take more careful consideration of parent requests. The way in which they respond and communicate regarding parent requests could be improved. Additionally, we thought that they would be using the wonderschool app daily to log photos, meals, naps and activities. This would improve communications, provide information about curriculum, enrichment, and the daily routine of our son.
