I have been working with children for over 5 years. My interest in the childcare field started as early as high school with my work with special Ed children. In 2022 I started my own child care, I work on showing the kids how to be able to communicate effectively with each other, promoting team work and taking the lead on their own learning, letting them choose how reading can help them grow and fostering a growth environment.
