Our Teachers

Hi, I’m Ms. Kenya! I graduated from the University of Minnesota with a Bachelor of Science degree in Family Social Science. I also minored in Family Violence Prevention. I have been involved with the youth development field for 20 years. I enjoy working with young people and watching them learn and develop everyday. I bring a number of skills to Kiddie Time Daycare but the skill I am most passionate about is providing exceptional programming and activities for school age children.

In my free time, I enjoy traveling and spending quality time with my daughter.

Hello, my name is Shanita! I graduated from the University of Minnesota with a degree in Sociology with Law, Crime and Deviance as a main focus. I have more than 10 years of experience working in Youth Development and Youth Programming. I am passionate about making a difference in the lives of those in our care. I specialize in School-age care and have a ton of skills and activities to empower your child. I am looking forward to working with families from diverse backgrounds. I take pride in meeting the needs & expectations of those enrolled in our Kiddie Time Daycare.

Outside of work, I am a new mother! I enjoy traveling, meeting new people, exploring new experiences and spending time with my family!

Hey, I’m Mrs. Lolita! I was a head teacher at PICA Head Start for 18 years. I also owned a successful licensed family daycare for 4 years. I enjoy teaching and working with preschool children. I am passionate about helping every child grow and develop into their full potential. I’m bringing years of knowledge and experience of how to get children ready for kindergarten. I’m excited to share my love, creativity and patience with the children at Kiddie Time Daycare!

In my free time, I enjoy going to church, shopping and traveling with my family.
