Ms. Riam, Director Ms. Riam is a highly experienced and dedicated childcare center director with over 15 years of invaluable expertise in the field. Her passion for nurturing and guiding children has been a driving force throughout her career. Having worked with children of various ages, from infants to school age kids, Ms. Riam understands the importance of early childhood development and the impact it has on a child’s future success. Witnessing the growth and accomplishments of the children under her care brings her immense joy and fulfillment. Ms. Riam holds several certifications that ensure the safety and well-being of the children in her care. She is CPR and First Aid certified, equipped with the necessary knowledge and skills to handle any emergency situation. Additionally, she is trained in Infant Safe Sleep practices, ensuring that every child is provided with a secure and comfortable sleeping environment. With her Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Ms. Riam possesses a unique blend of administrative and childcare expertise. This combination allows her to efficiently manage the day-to-day operations of the childcare center while also fostering a nurturing and stimulating environment for the children.

About our program
Our small childcare center is a Montessori-inspired facility that consists of three classrooms catering to children aged 6 weeks to 12 years old. In early childhood, Montessori education focuses on providing a nurturing and stimulating environment where children are encouraged to explore, learn, and grow at their own pace. Our program is designed to offer the highest quality care while remaining affordable for families. We believe in creating a sense of family within our center, promoting open communication and actively involving parents in their child’s education. Each classroom follows a carefully designed curriculum, with monthly themes that guide the children’s learning and development. We track their progress and growth through these themes, ensuring a well-rounded education. Our program environment is described as warm, community-based, and fun, as we strive to create a comfortable and engaging atmosphere for all.
