Our Teachers

Soraya Gliniecki, Owner

I started working in childcare in 2017 as an associate in a center. After a few months I was promoted to lead teacher and received my CDA in infant/toddler and the education for CDA in Preschool. I was lead teacher for 4 years before being promoted to program supervisor. After the birth of my first child, I decided to open my own in-home childcare in order to spend more time with them.

My children love going to ‘school’ and I am super comfortable sending them, because of the environment and their teacher are amazing.

We have had an amazing experience with our Childcare provider and when our daughter heads to preschool I will definitely be sending out son to Creative Minds Learning Place. We are so impressed on all the activities and all the growth we see in our daughter.

It was very obvious my children were comfortable at the center. Soraya is super welcoming and her calm demeanor is helpful to make myself and the kids feel safe. I’m excited to see how things continue to go!

Philosophy

We believe that every child is a unique individual with boundless potential. Our philosophy centers around the understanding that play is not just a pastime, but a powerful catalyst for growth and development. We are committed to fostering an environment where children can flourish through play-based learning experiences.

We view play as a dynamic and essential avenue for nurturing children’s social and emotional skills, fostering critical thinking, and honing problem-solving abilities. By engaging in play, children naturally learn to navigate the complexities of the world around them, building the confidence and competence needed to face challenges with resilience.

About our program

Our in-home childcare program offers a play-based approach that incorporates HighScope curriculum. This combination provides a nurturing and stimulating environment for children to learn and grow. Through engaging activities tailored to their interests, children are encouraged to explore, discover, and actively participate in their learning journey. The HighScope curriculum further enriches their experiences by promoting hands-on learning, decision-making, and problem-solving skills. In this program, children are supported in developing a strong foundation for both academic and social-emotional growth, ensuring a well-rounded and enriching childcare experience.
