Hello! My name is Jody-Lynn Hunt and I grew up in the area graduating with an AAS in Business Management. I have over 10 years experience in childcare and over 20 years experience in high level business and employee management along with excellent references in both entities and a huge desire to be a positive role model, teacher and friend in the lives of children and those that support them. I am a proud Mom of three wonderful grown children and a grandma to two beautiful granddaughters.

Philosophy

Jody’s Daycare is a family daycare home that is dedicated to a healthy, nurturing and safe environment. Integrating normal life activities with daycare and promoting STEM learning with a strong focus on each individual child’s development.

Location

Jody’s Daycare is on a beautiful five wooded acres with a fenced in play area and floral, vegetable and fruit gardens and a whole home dedicated to daycare. Close to Aludyne and the Old Channel Golf Course and open first and third shift, drop ins and before/after school with a circle driveway for easy drop off/pick up of your little one/s. About our program

Jody’s Daycare involves children with hand’s on learning and play with access to many STEM activities. Weekly and daily activities including gardening, baking & cooking, animal care, art and music. Along with child led play based on an organized curriculum that allows the children to learn while interacting and playing.
