Meet Jada Robinson-Romero - Center Director, and Teacher
Starting out my career in childcare at about 14 years old as a babysitter/nanny in high school, I quickly found a passion for working with children and decided I wanted to make a career out of my passion. I began my career journey working in a daycare as a float teacher and worked my way up to become a lead teacher by earning my Child Development Associate (CDA). I currently have a little over 7 years experience in teaching early education. I have worked in public preschool as a GSRP head start teacher and day care settings educating ages 0-12 on a daily basis.
After having my son I decided to take almost a year off to focus on my family and enjoy the experience of being a first time mom. However, being away from the classroom I really missed the kids and classroom environment, so when my son turned 10 months old I decided to come back to the child care field while furthering my education as a Director.
With my past experience in teaching and now being a mother I am confident in my ability to care for your children. I believe when you provide a child with a nurturing, supportive, consistant and structured environment they gain the skills and confidence they need to succeed. One of the most rewarding parts of my job is being able to see a child progress and succeed within my care.
Philosophy
🌈 Our Philosophy at Little Miracles Academy
At Little Miracles Academy, we believe that every child is a unique and extraordinary individual, full of potential, promise, and purpose. Our philosophy is rooted in the understanding that early childhood is a critical time for building the foundation for lifelong learning, confidence, and compassion.
We are committed to creating a safe, nurturing, and inclusive environment where children feel loved, respected, and supported as they grow. We view children as active participants in their learning journey—curious, capable, and eager to explore the world around them.
Our approach blends developmentally appropriate practices with hands-on, play-based learning that fosters creativity, problem-solving, and self-expression. We honor the whole child by encouraging growth across all areas: social, emotional, physical, and cognitive.
We believe that strong family partnerships are essential to a child’s success. By working together with parents and caregivers, we create a community that values open communication, trust, and shared goals for each child’s well-being and development.
At Little Miracles Academy, we embrace the joy of learning, celebrate every milestone, and cultivate a love for discovery that will carry children through a lifetime. Because here, every child truly is a miracle in the making.
