Bianca McCastle Director Bianca’s passion for education led her from the intimate setting of homeschooling to becoming a dedicated tutor in the Lansing school district. Her commitment to fostering a love for learning further expanded through private tutoring and serving as an assistant teacher at local childcare & community centers.

Drawing from a wealth of experience, Bianca brings a unique perspective to Full Circle, emphasizing the importance of personalized and comprehensive education.

As the driving force behind Full Circle, Bianca McCastle is committed to creating a space where children not only learn but also flourish in a supportive and stimulating atmosphere.

Shirley Green Lead Teacher Alongside Shirley’s passion for education and a heart full of love for children, she brings over 20yrs of invaluable experience to our team.

Shirley cherishes the joy of being a part of each child’s learning moments, fostering a nurturing atmosphere that encourages curiosity, creativity, and a love for learning. Her warmth and dedication create a positive and supportive space where children feel encouraged to explore, grow, and discover their unique potential

Our mission is to honor the current developmental stage a child is in to cultivate social and emotional development while equipping them with the skills for the empowerment and enrichment of their future selves.

At our childcare facility, we strive to prepare children for their educational journey ahead and beyond. Through a curriculum focused on cognitive, physical, social, and emotional development, we aim to nurture young minds in a supportive and engaging environment.
