Our Teachers

It has always been a dream of mine to own a daycare and I have finally decided to take that leap. I have three children of my own and am the oldest of six! I have always been a nurturer and love to learn from the creative and imaginative minds of children. I am currently attending CMU to obtain a bachelors in early childhood development and am enjoying every moment of it. I’m excited to start this journey with you and your children as we start them off with a solid and supportive foundation.

Philosophy

Willow & Wildflowers Nature Based Childcare is a child led, play based daycare with an at home feeling. My goal is to spend as much time outside as possible, allowing our little ones the ability to explore and learn at their own pace.

I strive to create a safe and caring community of young explorers inspired by the Reggio Emilia philosophy. My program is a place where children can learn through doing, invent through making, and solve problems by working together.

I believe that when children are truly engaged with their environment, magic happens. This magic happens by creating a space driven by the interests and ideas of the children who inhabit it.
