Our Teachers
Ladonna, Director Ladonna graduated from the University of California in 2001 with an Education Specialist (EdS) degree. In 2005, she realized her dream of having her own in-home childcare program after the birth of her daughter. Her favorite thing about what she does is developing relationships with the children that she teaches and their families. She believes that small class size and the development of a strong community allow her and her team to really know each child as an individual and to provide a solid and supportive foundation in the early years.
Philosophy
At the heart of our philosophy is the understanding that children learn best through play. We strive to create an atmosphere where each child feels valued, inspired, and encouraged to explore the world around them. Our play-based approach fosters not only academic skills but also social, emotional, and physical development.
