Our Teachers
Hello! My name is Ms.Ariel and I am the primary caregiver of any children in my care. I have my high school diploma, professional diploma in early childhood development, 3 years of experience working with children, cpr and first aid certification, safe sleep certification, multiple credits via MiRegistry and lots of love for your children. My favorite thing about children is how much fun they are having when they’re learning. My second teacher is my mother who has made me the best teacher I can be. She has been working with children since me and my brother were born and helped me whenever I babysat. Her favorite thing about children is that she loves when they’re happy and smiling.
Philosophy
Child-centered approach: Each child is seen as unique, with distinct needs, interests, and learning styles. The philosophy embraces a constructivist view of learning, recognizing children as strong, intelligent, and constantly learning. Play-based learning: Play is valued as a fundamental component of learning, fostering creativity, problem-solving, and social skills development. Play allows children to explore, experiment, and understand the world in a fun way.
Creating a stimulating environment: The philosophy prioritizes a safe, nurturing, and stimulating environment that encourages exploration, discovery, and active learning. This includes using age-appropriate materials and equipment to support cognitive, physical, and sensory development. Promoting independence and confidence: This philosophy aims to empower children, supporting them as they learn to make choices, take on responsibilities, and solve problems independently. This nurtures a sense of self and self-esteem, preparing them for future success. Family involvement and communication: The philosophy values open communication and collaboration between educators and parents. This forms a strong partnership to support children’s development and strengthen the home-childcare relationship. This creates a sense of community and support for families.
