Our Teachers

Ms. Buckley, Director I have dedicated nearly two decades of my life to caring for children. My journey began as a preteen when I would eagerly offer assistance to families in my neighborhood. Over the years, my passion for nurturing young minds only grew stronger, leading me to become a teacher in various daycare centers. Currently, I am enrolled in a CDA program set to start in July 2024, continually seeking opportunities to enhance my knowledge and skills in early childhood education. What truly sets me apart is my genuine appreciation for the individuality of each child. I firmly believe that their special and unique personalities shape the future of our world. With unwavering dedication, I work to guide and teach, fully understanding the weight of my responsibility in preparing them for their future endeavors.

Philosophy

Our childcare center strongly believes in the power of play-based learning, where children are encouraged to explore and discover their world through fun and engaging activities. With a focus on using real-life learning scenarios, such as kitchen play, we provide children with hands-on experiences that allow them to actively participate in their learning. Through pretend play and role-playing, children learn valuable life skills while having a blast. Additionally, we incorporate movement into our curriculum, understanding that children are naturally inclined to learn through physical activity. Whether it’s dancing, yoga, or outdoor games, our goal is to make learning so enjoyable that children don’t even realize they are learning. By creating a stimulating and nurturing environment, we foster a love for learning that will last a lifetime.

About our program

At our childcare center, we are dedicated to building a strong community that acts as a valuable resource for families. Our primary goal is to support families in every possible way, which is why we have introduced a free diapers and wipes program. We understand the financial strain that childcare expenses can put on families, and by offering this program, we hope to alleviate some of that burden. Additionally, we have a dedicated social worker as part of our program who is available to provide evaluations and offer parents access to the information and services they need to best serve their child and their unique needs. We believe that every child deserves the opportunity to thrive, and by providing these resources, we aim to empower parents to provide the best care possible. Furthermore, we have established partnerships with essential services such as mobile dentist visits to ensure that all aspects of a child’s well-being are taken care of. We aim to create a loving and nurturing community where children can flourish and families feel supported.
