Tiffani Swint, Director Hi, my name is Tiffani and I am the director of a childcare center with 5 years of experience in early childhood education. I have always had a passion for working with children, which led me to pursue a Bachelor’s Degree in Early Childhood Development. As a mother of two, I have developed a deep love for watching children grow and helping guide them on their journey while keeping them grounded. My own experience as a parent has fueled my desire to open my own childcare center and serve families in the community. I believe in providing a safe and nurturing environment where children can learn, play, and thrive. It brings me immense joy to be able to contribute to their growth and development while supporting their families along the way.

Philosophy

Play-based learning in early childhood education refers to the educational approach that focuses on using play as a central method for teaching and engaging young children. It recognizes that children naturally learn and develop through play, and therefore incorporates purposeful and intentional play experiences into the curriculum. Play-based learning encourages children to explore, experiment, problem-solve, and make sense of the world around them, fostering their cognitive, social, emotional, and physical development. I

About our program

At our childcare center, the safety and well-being of every child is our top priority. We believe that children thrive in an environment where they feel safe and secure, both physically and emotionally. Our dedicated team understands the importance of providing a nurturing and supportive space for children to grow, learn, and develop. We carefully select and hire qualified teachers who share our commitment to prioritizing the needs of each individual child. Through age-appropriate activities and a stimulating curriculum, we strive to prepare our children for the challenges they will face beyond our program. Our goal is to foster a love of learning, independence, and resilience, ensuring that every child leaves our center equipped with the skills and confidence necessary to navigate the world around them.
