Ms. Hiba Arrow, Director Hiba graduated from Rochester University in 2021 with a Bachelor’s degree in Early Childhood Education, and Always her dream was to open a daycare named Phoenix Learning Center. Her favorite thing about what she does is developing relationships with the children that she teaches and their families. She believes that Teachers have a big impact on children’s lives and their families. Developing a strong community between the Teacher and the families can help support the child’s development by knowing each child as an individual and providing a solid and supportive foundation in the early years.
