Philosophy

I believe that learning through play is an important part of early childhood development. It is essential to provide children with an engaging and homelike environment that encourages exploration and creativity. I strive to create an atmosphere of trust and safety, while also fostering a sense of independence and confidence in children. Taking care of children as if they were my own is a way to provide them with a secure and nurturing environment. It requires being patient, understanding, and attentive to their needs. Not only does this foster strong relationships between myself and the children, but it allows the children to feel safe in their learning environment and encourages them to explore and grow.
