Philosophy

I’m a family childcare provider offering a play-based learning program in my home. Our preschool curriculum is provided between September and April. Children will have opportunities for play and socialization in a clean, loving, and child-centered environment that encourages growth, learning, and curiosity. My program is Maryland Excels rated, with over 20 years of experience, Level 4 Credentialed, and part of Pennsylvania Child Care Works. We welcome children of all abilities, including those with special health care needs. Ms. Jessica’s Daycare is dedicated to providing quality early learning experiences, fostering a love for learning and curiosity while promoting socialization, play, and development in a safe and inclusive environment.

Location

Clover Hill Family Child Care is conveniently located on the Halfway/Williamsport side of Hagerstown, near Walnut Point Road and just off Route 63. With easy access to I-70 and I-81, the program is a convenient stop for families commuting from Hagerstown, Williamsport, Clear Spring, Falling Waters, and surrounding areas.

The program operates from a single-family home in a quiet residential community and includes a large, fully fenced yard with plenty of space for outdoor play.

About our program

A small, play-based program where children are known, encouraged, and cared for as individuals. I combine the comforts and close relationships of home-based care with thoughtfully planned opportunities for learning, creativity, movement, and discovery.

Our activities are built around weekly investigations that invite children to explore topics through books, sensory experiences, art, music, dramatic play, early math and literacy activities, and hands-on materials. Children also have plenty of time for child-led play and outdoor activity in our large, fenced yard. My goal is to create a warm, engaging environment where children feel secure, develop friendships, build independence, and remain excited about learning.
