Our Teachers

Marisol Delgadillo, Director- I am an experienced medical professional with extensive experience in caring for children with a degree in Toxicology. I started working with children in an early childhood education setting 14 years ago and have been home based ever since. I am most passionate about working with children because I always had a desire to be a mother, and had trouble for year making that happen, but when it finally did I realized the incredible joy being with children brought me.

Claudia Ramos, Assistant Director- I have been working in the early childhood industry for 13 years including time at a child care center, as a nanny, and now as a home based provider. I love everything about working with children and it brings me so much joy to be with them each day. We spend time playing, singing, and learning together. I love to learn and participate in continued education, including courses such as infant safety and child development, to ensure I can provide the best possible care for every child.

Philosophy

At KRYSTAL’S HOME CARE LLC. We believe that the environment is important in early childhood as it gives children the opportunity to interact with their peers in a developmentally appropriate environment.

We see a balance between child-initiated activities that allow them to explore, create, and express themselves independently, and the teacher just guiding children’s learning, especially when trying something new. thus there is a greater acceptance by children of all abilities. We carefully plan our space to meet the needs of the children who use this space, through stations that can be visited, explored and reviewed over and over again, providing opportunities for children to begin their own learning. taking into account levels of development, ages, interests, cultures, abilities and abilities. We try to identify the different needs, interests and capabilities of each child. We provide a safe and supportive environment for all children, including children with special health care needs or disabilities in our care.

Krystal’s Home Care LLC also supports families. We enrich the life of every child in our through a curricular design that promotes their cognitive, social, emotional, language and physical development. About our program

Krystal home care, was born from the need to offer a safe place for our children where speaking another language is not a barrier and they feel a family atmosphere, where the essential is care and learning through play, and above all teaching children to be independent and that can grow in skills.

Admissions

The admission process for our program is simplified, it begins with:

• Tour of the program where you can appreciate the space and the work and play stations,
  • We talked about what your expectations are and what we offer your child to make the time we spend with your child as family and fun as possible and full of learning.
• We will give you the requirements such as a hand book, contract and we will clarify all the doubts you have.
• The documents must be returned signed and completed 1 day before starting the care of the child. -The parent must open his account in wonderschool and download the app to mark attendance, make payments and maintain active contact with the program.
