Our Teachers

Kaitlyn Walmsley, Owner/Director

Kaitlyn graduated from Merrimack College in Andover, MA., with a degree in Psychology Studies- focused on Early Childhood Development. In 2025, she realized her dream of having her own in home childcare program. Her favorite thing about what she does is developing relationships with the children that she teaches and their families. She believes that small class size and the development of a strong community allow her to really know each child as an individual and to provide a solid and supportive foundation in the early years.

Philosophy

I value learning that grows from children’s interests and experiences, allowing curiosity to lead the way. Instead of following a rigid curriculum, I believe in creating meaningful opportunities where children can explore, ask questions, and build understanding through hands-on discovery.

Location

Our program is located in a quiet, family-friendly neighborhood in Pepperell, known for its safety, small-town charm, and strong community feel. We are close to local schools within the North Middlesex Regional School District, making for a smooth transition as children grow.

Families enjoy nearby outdoor spaces like the Pepperell Town Field & Playground and the Nashua River Rail Trail, which support active play and nature exploration. The location is also convenient to major local routes and nearby towns, making drop-off and pick-up easy for commuting parents.

Overall, our setting offers a safe, peaceful environment with access to nature, schools, and community resources that families value.
