I’m the owner of Humble Beginnings Childcare with over 25 years of Early Childhood Education. I’m committed to Developmentally Appropriate Practices that will serve as the foundation for their future growth. As an Early Childhood Educator it is my belief that we are serve as positive role models to our children and overall family unit, in doing so, this will produce functioning citizens in our communities and world
Philosophy
Our program’s focus is to allow each child to thrive in their own unique way by also engaging with their peers. We at Humble Beginnings Childcare will provide a safe, structured learning environment that encourages independence confidence and self worth for all children.
Location
Our neighborhood is family friendly. We are in close proximity (less than 5 minutes away) from the downtown area, Indianapolis Zoo, Indiana State Museum and local grocery stores. We’re also In walking distance to the Haughville Library and easy access to travel by bus/transit.
About our program
Our program is designed to meet the developmental needs of young children 3 and up. All activities are child centered and unique fir each individual child. We also provide Pick Me Ups in the mornings (doughnuts danishes and drinks) and Snacks N’Such in the afternoon (chips cupcakes drinks) for our parents every Monday and Friday of each week. We cater to the whole family.
