Our Teachers
Marquita Robinson has a heart and love for educating children of all ages. She is passionate about establishing a Christian based educational environment and dedicated to leading a team that nurtures young hearts and minds in Christ.
Robinson brings 20 + years of experience in early childhood education, elementary and secondary education. She hold a Bachelor’s Degree in Early Child Education and a master’s Degree in Elementary Education and Education Administration. She is committed to creating a safe, loving and faith filled environment that ensures each child thrives spiritually, academically, socially, and emotionally.
At the core of Robinson’s leadership is her desire to partner with families in laying a foundation of faith for their children. She believes each child is a unique creation of God, deserving of love, encouragement and guidance rooted in biblical truth.
Outside of the preschool, Marquita is an active member of Deliverance Temple C.O.G.I.C. where she holds the position of Y.P.W.W president. She enjoys spending time with her family and serving the community.
When asked why she is so dedicated to DT ELC she says, “The performance of students and their desire to learn was drastically affected by the COVID-19 pandemic. We need to close the learning gap by targeting our youngest learners. I consider it an honor to lead DT Early Learning Center and I am excited to see what God will do in the lives of our little learners as they grow in grace and knowledge each day.”
Philosophy
Our preschool ministry is more than a place for education—it is a Christ-centered community where children are nurtured in both heart and mind. We view the family as God’s first and most important gift in a child’s life. Therefore, we partner with parents, guardians, and the church community to build strong foundations of faith and learning. Our desire is that children leave our care not only prepared for future academic success but also equipped with a deep sense of God’s love, kindness toward others, and a growing personal faith in God.
Location
Our preschool is located on the east side of Indianapolis , in the area of 42nd and Franklin Road near Pendleton Pike. This community is a blend of residential neighborhoods, local businesses, schools and churches. Families here enjoy easy access to parks, libraries and family friendly resources that support both learning and community connection. The area is diverse with a rich mix of cultures and traditions that reflect the heart of Indianapolis.

DT Preschool Ministry is a Christ-centered community. We believe each child is a precious gift from God, created uniquely with purpose and potential. Our mission is to provide a safe, loving and faith filled environment where children can grow academically, socially, and spiritually through engaging activities, age appropriate curriculum, and the truth of God’s Word. We aim to help every child discover the joy of learning and the love of Jesus.
