Our Teachers
Our teachers are required to have 14 hours of instructional and child development training. Our teachers must have a criminal history background check, CPR/1st Aide certifications and meet all required state regulations to be in compliance as a caregiver and/or teacher. Teachers are held to a high standard to give excellent care and education to all children.
Philosophy
We emphasize the development of the whole child through active learning situations. We strive for a balance, nurturing, caring developmental approach to education for children ages infant to 5 years.
Location
We are in the Castleton area a few blocks from Community North Hospital and Hague Rd. We are in a cozy home away from home atmosphere. We pride ourselves in having small classroom sizes, a clean, safe and healthy facility with extra security for staff and children.
We are located near I-69 north and south and I-465. Easy access from the highway.
About our program
Our Motto: Preparing Little People for a Big World Our program is a childcare ministry that uses Learning Beyond Paper (LBP) Curriculum - Infants to PreK. This curriculum was created by leaders in early learning with decades of experience in organizations such as Department of Education, school districts, owners, directors and teachers. This curriculum follows a social-constructivists approach, designed to create learning opportunities for children through peer-based activities and intentional interactions with their teachers.
We believe that each child sacred, special, and unique. We emphasize the development of the whole child through active learning with a balanced, nurturing and caring approach for children of all ages.
