Hello, I am Carlisa Alexander (Ms Lisa to my daycare kiddo’s). I love working with children, I have been in the child development field for over 12 years and believe that I am making a difference in each child’s life. I have my CDA in early childhood education. I pride myself on offering children a safe, healthy, warm, fun and friendly learning environment each and everyday!
Philosophy
Jumping Jack’s Academy consists of Play Based Learning and Cognitive Based Learning. We use purpose play that is developmentally appropriate and is used in the classroom to emphasize the importance of play in a child’s intellectual, social, emotional and physical development. Our classroom is equipped with material and educational tools designed to encourage children’s creativity, problem solving skills and exploring.
Location
Located directly across from a public park (We visit everyday, weather permitting). Walking distance to Kenwood Elementary School.
