As a teacher with 6+ years of experience in the childcare field, I can confidently say that I love what I do. Working with children has been a passion of mine for as long as I can remember, and I am grateful every day for the opportunity to make a positive impact on their lives.

I have pursued various certifications and continuing education courses to further enhance my knowledge and skills in working with children. She was the only person we were comfortable leaving our baby with when I went back to work after maternity leave. She helped us establish a routine for our baby girl, helped us figure out how to get her to sleep without being held, and really taught our daughter how to be comfortable around people other than just my husband and I. You can truly tell she loves what she does and loves all the kiddos that come into her home.

Our daughter who is 2 (almost 3) years old has thrive in the one on one environment provided at Exploring Little Minds. Miss Lisa has help her develop her own voice and learn in her own way. We also appreciate that we have the support to help with potty training which had been a huge struggle for us in the past but since going to Exploring Little Minds our daughter is almost fully potty trained. We strive to create a personalized learning experience for each child, by observing and assessing their development and adjusting our approach to meet their individual needs.
