Our Teachers

Elsa is a proud native of Mexico and a graduate of the University of Mexico (BECENE), holding a Bachelor’s Degree in Early Childhood Education.

Teaching is her passion! When she’s not in the classroom, she enjoys exploring new restaurants, traveling, reading, and spending time at the beach.

With 9 years of experience as a preschool teacher, she has worked with children ages 3 to 5 in classrooms of up to 20 students. She is recognized for her ability to develop and implement engaging activities that enhance learning and behavioral skills while fostering confidence and self-reliance in young learners

Lupita is originally from Mexico and is a devoted and reliable nanny with 16 years of experience in childcare. She provides loving care while ensuring that each child’s disciplinary and educational goals are met.

An active member of the Hispanic ministry at OLG since 2000, Lupita is deeply committed to her community. She enjoys teaching and mentoring others, seeing it as a meaningful service to God.

Philosophy

We prioritize creating an environment where your child feels valued and nurtured. We know that when our team feels appreciated and supported, it reflects in the quality of care and education we provide. Our program prepares children for kindergarten by developing early math and literacy skills, encouraging independent choices, and teaching self-care and kindness—creating a strong foundation for their future.

We are dedicated to delivering a high-quality early education experience, which is strengthened by regular online training that keeps us updated on the latest advancements in child development and effective classroom practices.

Location

We are in Fishers. Allisonville and 146th Street.
