Testimonials

Aurora is a wonderful babysitter and teacher! She’s great at coordinating with my fiancé and I about what we’re working on with our son at home and doing it while he’s at daycare as well!

Philosophy

Blossom and Bloom Learning Center has tailored its curriculum to accommodate children of all skill levels. Over the last 25 years, many centers have implemented the whole child approach in various educational settings, including in-home centers like ours. This approach focuses on nurturing the child’s mind, body, and soul, aiming to provide not only a traditional education but also to foster self-awareness and individuality. Collaboration plays a significant role in our strategy for ensuring success at the center. By working together as a team, we can effectively educate our students in a holistic manner.

Location

We’re in the Dakota Crossing Neighborhood in Nampa; in a quiet neighborhood in a single family home. With easy access to the freeway, we’re also a short walk away from a small park. We’re approximately 3 miles from Lakevue Elementary and College of Western Idaho. We’re close to the hub of town, but far enough from the hustle and bustle to enjoy the peace and quiet to ensure a comfortable learning environment.

Admissions

Admissions Process: MUST START WITH A TOUR Children are eligible for admission at the age of 9 months up to 12 years of age. The admission process begins with a tour of the school. Children are enrolled on a first-come, first-serve basis, depending on availability in the most developmentally appropriate class. Children are placed on an interest list if there is no availability in the most appropriate class. Spaces are filled from the interest list according to the following priority system:

Children of First Responders and Healthcare Workers Siblings of currently enrolled children Previous Blossom and Bloom Families General Public

Children must be able to benefit from participation in an inclusive group setting. If, after a tour and discussion of the child’s needs, IF it is determined that Blossom and Bloom Learning Center is NOT a good fit for the child, Blossom and Bloom Learning Center will attempt to give resources and information about other programs that may benefit the child and family.
