Our Teachers

Maureen Alexis has been in the Child Care field for 25 years. I was employed at Kings Kids Learning and Developmental Center for 8 years. I am CDA certified, I am Accredited through (NAFCC) I have a Director Credential Certificate, and I obtained a College Credit Certificate in ( Early Childhood Education : Preschool) from Hillsborough Community College.

Philosophy

Maureen Alexis Family Child Care primary objective is to provide quality community services. Our main purpose in building self-esteem is to fulfill the educational, intellectual, social and emotional needs of your child. We feel children learn best in a creative, natural learning environment. Your child will learn everyday by being part of an extended family, patience, sharing, responsibility, compassion for self and others, communication and teamwork will be practiced through participating in the daily routine of the child care facility.

Location

We are located in a small friendly neighborhood, close to the University of South Florida and a stone throw away from the Interstate, Our neighborhood has many parks, public transportation is readily available and we are away from busy streets.
