As a childcare director with over 10 years of experience in early childhood education, I hold a associate degree in Administration, Child Development Associate (CDA) Credential and Director Credential. My journey began as a classroom aide in a preschool, where I discovered my passion for nurturing young learners. This led me to work as a director in Faith Generation Academy, a faith based daycare where I focus on creating a warm, inclusive environment that promotes growth and joy in every child. I am proud to lead a dedicated team of educators, each with their own unique backgrounds and expertise. Together, we share a common mission: to provide quality early learning experiences that foster the holistic development of each child while building strong, supportive relationships with families.
