Our Teachers
Darren’Neisha has an nurturing spirit and a light that shines for anyone who is willing to see. She loves praising the Lord on her personal time, reading, flowers, giving to the poor, helping the homeless when she cans, and currently is mastering French as she prepares to go back to college to further her BSW degree. She loves people and she loves children more!
Testimonials
She is a natural caregiver; wonderful with all age groups. Taking care of children can be taxing and a handful yet, she has shown time and time again that she can be patient and weather any problem that is presented by the guardian or child. She is flexible and that is her most valuable trait. It allows her to accommodate and evolve no matter the circumstance given.

Philosophy
I believe children soak everything up that they see, hear, feel, and touch. Rather they understand at the time or not. Implementing boundaries clothed in respect will shape each student for what is expected to come next in their lives. Life is an ongoing learning experience. I will invest my time maturing each individual in preparation using math, language arts and science . As well as reading, manners, values and so much more!!! I will not be teaching history aware of different cultures. That can be learned elsewhere. My foundation will be set on love, diversity, privilege, and acceptance. From the first day to the last day of attending Lillie’s and Lilacs, a child will embark an worthy experience that will always carry them.
About our program

I also want to encourage the parents who embarks this new journey with me and give you the confidence and support considering a child’s education and growth . Assuring each individual a success-plan, Safety will always be first then accessing each child needs accordingly .
