Samantha Tang, Owner

Samantha graduated in San Francisco City College major in Early Childhood Education and holds site supervisor permit. Samantha accumulated 20 plus years of teaching experience. As a passionate teacher, she is constantly attending new training sessions to update her teaching skills. Samantha and her team believes cultivating seeds for lifelong benefits, promotes respect and foster a creative environment where children are free to explore and learn in a fun manner.

Philosophy

Golden Sun family childcare is committed to providing a new nurturing and stimulating environment for children ages 6 months to 6 years old. GSFCC Is the developmentally appropriate program. We believe in the process of developmental stages and introduce new concepts to each child’s ability and age. We recognize the uniqueness of each child and a sensitive to his/her individual needs and those of the family. We strive on providing a supportive in atmosphere in which each child can actively in a wide range of activities and experiences that nurture the emerging capabilities of the young child.

Location

We are single family home in central sunset district. With easy access to transit, highway 1, sunset blvd. Our lovely neighborhood is peaceful, clean and easy parking. We are a few blocks from Safeway supermarket, Ortega library branch, Lincoln high school, AP Giannini middle school and Robert Stevenson elementary school.

About our program

At Golden Sun Family Childcare in San Francisco, children thrive in a caring atmosphere while building self-reliance and essential social skills. Our program stands out with engaging activities in music, arts and crafts, language and positive behaviors. We created our own curriculum that appropriate for the different ages group. Focused on nurturing young minds, we excel in fostering early learning and growth. Professional piano teacher and high school teacher engaging in music, story, project, art & craft and more activities. Plus, we are a bilingual program: English and Chinese.
