Our Teachers

Philosophy

At Busy bees Wonderschool, we believe that children grow, learn, and thrive by feeling safe, loved, and nurtured. It is our goal to provide an environment that engages children with developmentally-appropriate activities and materials. In our program, children will feel supported as they engage with new ideas and learnings.

Note: My license is pending (364845729). If you choose to enroll at my program, your child must start after I receive my license.

Location

Busy bees Wonderschool is located in a welcoming, warm single family home in the Anzio neighborhood.

We’ve designed our care environment with play and learning areas that allow children to explore various developmentally-appropriate activities based on their interests. Some of our favorite areas include manipulatives and math area (for fine motor skills and beginning math concepts), art area (for expressing emotions and ideas), and music and movement area (for physical activity and cultural learning).

Children will have some outdoor time everyday at mix of both my private yard and local parks and playgrounds. Connecting with nature is vital to a child’s happiness and growth.

At Busy bees Wonderschool, I want to provide an environment that supports the cognitive, social, and emotional growth of each child.

About our program

Home is designed to provide space for learning centers and creative play. Daily lessons focus on reading, writing, art, music, conversation skills, outdoor play, and gross motor skills.
