Our Teachers

Hello! I am Edith Zsigmond, the founder of My Little Angels Wonderschool. My passion for childcare dates back to over 40 years ago. I decided to open my child care program because it was an ideal way to stay home with my son and help other families simultaneously. I have completed over 60 hours of child development courses across different areas. I introduce multiple languages to children, ranging from English, French and Hungarian.

Testimonials

Our family loved My Little Angels! I am a first-time mom and I was so nervous about leaving my little one alone at daycare when I started working again (she was about 18 months old at this time). Miss Edith made the transition smooth and comfortable for our babygirl and we are forever grateful for her. Miss Edith truly is a sweetheart and treated our little girl like her own. Thank you Miss Edith!

Philosophy

At My Little Angels Wonderschool, we believe that children grow, learn, and thrive by exploring the world around them. Our core value is to love and respect one another. I aspire to develop social skills and create a friendly home environment for the children. Learning from their peers is an essential part of the methods of Montessori teaching.

Location

My Little Angels Wonderschool is located in a bright, welcoming single family home in the North Hollywood neighborhood. We are walking distance from Bellingham Elementary School, and very near a park called Park Plaza.

We’ve designed our care environment with play and learning areas that allow children to explore various developmentally-appropriate activities based on their interests. Some of our favorite areas include block area (for gross motor skills and problem solving), dramatic play area (for self-expression and empathy), and reading / cozy area (for literacy, relaxation, and respite).

Children will have some outdoor time everyday in my private yard or outdoor space. Children need space to run, jump, and move!

At My Little Angels Wonderschool, I want to provide a loving home away from home.
