Hi! My name is Erin Hernandez, and I’m the owner and lead provider at The Busy Bee Academy. I have over 10 years of experience working with children from infants to school-age, and I’m passionate about creating a nurturing, structured, and fun learning environment. I believe children learn best through hands-on experiences, exploration, and positive guidance.
The Busy Bee Academy was created from my love of helping children grow, discover, and develop confidence in their early years. I take pride in building strong partnerships with families and providing care that feels like an extension of home.
