Our Teachers

Hello! I am Zhou Jialiang, the founder of little bear daycare. I was inspired to start my own program because it has always been my dream to design my own space where children can blossom and grow. I have 4 years of experience working with young children. I am a mother myself and love that I get to help all the children in my care grow to the best of their potential!

Philosophy

At little bear daycare, we believe that children grow, learn, and thrive by feeling safe, loved, and nurtured. It is our goal to provide an environment that helps each child to feel confident and capable. We are a Mandarin Bi-lingual program and do activities with the children in both Mandarin and English everyday. In our program, children will feel supported as they engage with new ideas and learnings.

Location

Little Bear Daycare is located in a cozy, beautiful single family home in Daly City. We are conveniently located right off Skyline Boulevard and Highway 1 and just a couple minutes walk from Roosevelt Elementary.

We’ve designed our care environment with play and learning areas that allow children to explore various developmentally-appropriate activities based on their interests. Some of our favorite areas include reading / cozy area (for literacy, relaxation, and respite), music and movement area (for physical activity and cultural learning), and nature area (for discovering nature and science concepts).

Children will have some outdoor time everyday in my private yard. Children need space to run, jump, and move!

At little bear daycare, I want to provide an environment that supports the cognitive, social, and emotional growth of each child.

Little Bear Daycare in Daly City offers a special program focusing on developing your child’s cognitive and motor skills in a nurturing environment. Our hands-on approach and encouragement of independence set us apart, providing an experiential learning experience. Specializing in early childhood growth and education, we are dedicated to your child’s overall development.

3. Submit an Enrollment Application

If you would like to enroll, please submit an application at www.wonderschool.com/little-bear-daycare-5559/apply – Please note that we require tours for all prospective families. Please do not submit an application if you have not visited the program.

4. Enroll

After reviewing your application, we’ll send an enrollment invitation. Upon accepting your invitation you’ll pay your enrollment fee, fill out enrollment documents and review our Parent Handbook.
