At Kidz Cave & Learning Den LLC, our team is dedicated to providing a safe, nurturing, inclusive, and enriching environment where every child can learn, grow, and thrive. Our staff brings together years of hands-on childcare experience, leadership, education, and specialized support for children with diverse developmental and behavioral needs.
Rolanda Fowler – Owner/Director Rolanda Fowler, affectionately known as “Ms. Ro,” is the Owner and Director of Kidz Cave & Learning Den LLC. She has over 4 years of licensed childcare experience and has dedicated her career to supporting children and families throughout the Milwaukee community. Ms. Ro specializes in working with children with autism and behavioral needs and is passionate about creating inclusive learning environments where all children feel loved, supported, and successful.
In addition to operating Kidz Cave & Learning Den, Ms. Ro has worked in healthcare and social services. Her background includes experience as a Social Worker/Case Manager with Molina Healthcare and previous work at Children’s Wisconsin as a CNA in the Cardiac ICU and behavioral health support roles. Her professional background has strengthened her ability to support children with medical, emotional, developmental, and behavioral challenges.
Ms. Ro’s personal mission is rooted in her love for children and families. She believes childcare should feel like an extension of home while also preparing children academically, socially, and emotionally for lifelong success.
Terrell Luckett – Co-Owner/Site Supervisor Terrell Luckett serves as Co-Owner and Site Supervisor for Kidz Cave & Learning Den LLC. He assists with daily operations, transportation coordination, facility management, and maintaining a safe and welcoming environment for all children and families. Mr. Luckett has experience working with youth and families and plays an active role in supporting the center’s growth and expansion.
Ricia Cobb – Administrator/Director Ricia Cobb serves as Administrator and Director, assisting with center management, family communication, enrollment, compliance, and staff support. She brings strong leadership and organizational skills to the program and works closely with families to ensure children receive quality care and individualized support.
Meghann Quinn – Director/Lead Teacher Meghann Quinn serves as a Director and Lead Teacher. She has experience working in early childhood education and classroom leadership. Ms. Quinn focuses on implementing developmentally appropriate learning experiences, maintaining structured classroom environments, and supporting children’s emotional and educational growth.
Lead Teachers & Support Staff Our teaching team includes experienced Lead Teachers and Teacher Assistants who are passionate about early childhood education and child development. Staff members participate in ongoing professional development and maintain required state training certifications, including CPR/First Aid and Wisconsin Department of Children and Families (DCF) training requirements.

At Kidz Cave & Learning Den LLC, we believe every child deserves a safe, loving, nurturing, and engaging environment where they are encouraged to learn, explore, and grow at their own pace. Our program is built on the foundation that children learn best through hands-on experiences, meaningful relationships, structured routines, creativity, and play-based learning.
Our philosophy centers around educating the whole child socially, emotionally, physically, and academically while creating a supportive environment that promotes confidence, independence, kindness, and self-expression. We strive to provide an inclusive atmosphere where all children, including children with special needs and developmental differences, feel accepted, valued, and supported.

Kidz Cave and Learning Den is located in a welcoming and family-friendly area of Wauwatosa that is known for its strong sense of community, beautiful neighborhoods, excellent schools, and convenient accessibility. The location provides families with a safe and comfortable environment while still being close to many resources that support children and working parents.
One of the greatest benefits of our location is its accessibility. The center is conveniently situated on North Avenue near major roads and highways, making commuting easy for families traveling from Milwaukee, Wauwatosa, Brookfield, and surrounding communities. The area is also serviced by public transportation routes, providing additional convenience for families without personal transportation.
Our program is located near the Wauwatosa School District offices and several highly regarded schools throughout the area, making before- and after-school care convenient for families. The district serves students from Pre-K through 12th grade and is recognized for strong educational and family support resources.
