Giáo viên của chúng tôi
At Joyful Noise Children’s Center, our team is made up of dedicated early childhood professionals who bring a wide range of experience, education, and passion to the classroom. We are proud to have staff members who have been part of our center family for anywhere from 7 to over 20 years, creating strong continuity and lasting relationships with the children and families we serve.
Alongside our veteran teachers, we also welcome new educators who bring fresh energy, new ideas, and a strong commitment to learning and growth in the field of early childhood education. This balance allows us to blend experience with innovation in our daily care.
Our staff hold a variety of credentials, including Registry certifications, Early Childhood Education coursework, technical diplomas, and ongoing professional development training. Many of our teachers continue their education through college programs and state-approved trainings to stay current with best practices in child development.
Beyond education and credentials, each staff member brings their own personal story and heart for working with children. We share a common mission — to provide a safe, nurturing, faith-centered environment where every child feels valued, supported, and encouraged to reach their full potential.
Triết lý
At Joyful Noise Children’s Center, our program is rooted in faith, relationships, and whole-child development. We believe children learn best through meaningful play, hands-on exploration, and strong connections with trusted caregivers.
Our curriculum is developmentally appropriate and designed to support growth in all areas — social-emotional, cognitive, physical, language, and spiritual development. Through structured activities, outdoor play, group learning experiences, and creative exploration, children build confidence, curiosity, and a love for learning.
We value kindness, patience, respect, and gratitude, and we intentionally model these values throughout the day. We focus not only on preparing children academically, but also on helping them develop strong character, independence, and problem-solving skills.
Family partnership is a key part of our program style. We believe open communication and collaboration with parents creates the strongest foundation for each child’s success.
Địa điểm
Joyful Noise Children’s Center is located inside First English Lutheran Church in Appleton, next to beautiful Plamann Park. While we do not take children into the park, being located beside it provides us with a peaceful, nature-filled setting surrounded by trees and green space.
Our center is set back from busy roads, creating a quiet and secure environment for children. We offer large front and back parking lots, making drop-off and pick-up convenient and stress-free for families.
We utilize two on-site playgrounds designed for active play and development. In addition, our back parking lot is used for riding toys and gross motor activities such as trikes and cars. During the winter months, children also enjoy sledding on our on-site hill, adding seasonal outdoor fun to our program.
Our location offers the best of both worlds, a secluded, natural setting while still being easily accessible within the Appleton community.
