Our teachers are caring, dedicated early childhood professionals who are passionate about supporting each child’s growth and development. Our team is trained in the HighScope active learning approach and creates a nurturing, engaging environment where children feel safe, supported, and confident to explore. Teachers focus on building strong relationships with children and families while supporting social, emotional, and academic foundations. All staff meet state licensing requirements and maintain current CPR and First Aid certifications. Through ongoing training and hands-on experience, our teachers are committed to providing high-quality care and meaningful learning experiences every day.

Lil’ Patriots Academy – Spanaway Campus is a new early learning center opening in January 2026. We provide a safe, clean, family-centered environment for infants, toddlers, and preschoolers, with hands-on learning that supports social-emotional growth, early literacy, and school readiness. Our team partners closely with families through transparent communication and individualized support so every child can thrive in a nurturing, inclusive setting.
