Nuestros profesores

My dream growing up was always to be in child care. I started in high school to get my 90 hours in child care. I moved to Virginia and became pregnant with my daughter, so I decided to stick to my goal and start my own program. Raising my daughter gave me the confidence to run my own child care business and I really wanted to offer that care to others. I’ve worked in Daycare centers before as a teacher & assistance with infants, 2 year olds and school age children and know that with a parent’s support, anything is possible for that child. I love seeing growth in a child and seeing their advancement from knowing nothing to knowing something! I love being able to help them get to the next level. I’m excited to be able to offer my program to others and help their children advance and have fun!

Step By Step was founded in 2021 after having my first child I went on and followed my dream I’m a young mom, so I bring fresh eyes to Childcare. Also I’m a breastfeeding mom.
