My dream growing up was always to be in child care. I started in high school to get my 90 hours in child care. I moved to Virginia and became pregnant with my daughter, so I decided to stick to my goal and start my own program. Raising my daughter gave me the confidence to run my own child care business and I really wanted to offer that care to others. I鈥檝e worked in Daycare centers before as a teacher & assistance with infants, 2 year olds and school age children and know that with a parent鈥檚 support, anything is possible for that child. I love seeing growth in a child and seeing their advancement from knowing nothing to knowing something! I love being able to help them get to the next level. I鈥檓 excited to be able to offer my program to others and help their children advance and have fun!

Step By Step was founded in 2021 after having my first child I went on and followed my dream I鈥檓 a young mom, so I bring fresh eyes to Childcare. Also I鈥檓 a breastfeeding mom.
