The provider is like my kid’s home away from home. We all love this place. They care about the kids now and their futures.

Filosofía

It’s my core belief that being an educator is like being a surgeon, we take information and install it into one’s mind and we fix them in ways such as language and speech. I believe children learn best from experience. I fell like its through the 5 senses they learn smell, touch, taste, see, and hear. To facilitate learning an educator should present complex ideas in a way that is easy to grasp. For example, he should explain mathematical practices in a step-by-step fashion and avoid jumping to the next step before the students are comfortable. The use of visual aids, such as graphs, video clips and in-class demonstrations, increase the students’ memory retention. The use of hands-on activities, such as games and group projects, is also conducive to learning. During each lesson, the instructor should explain why the information is relevant to the students outside of the classroom. Students are more motivated to learn when they can personally apply the new knowledge. Learning should not look like organization. My strongest point is patience I have been able to teach a child with learning disabilities how to do stuff he was said he could not do. With patience anything is possible with a fighting chance. A point of pride for me is advancing a child from childcare into 1st grade because he was so advance for kindergarten. That anything is possible if you apply yourself and believe. As long as every student learned something it’s a great day.
