Hi! I’m Kristen Thomas and for as long as I can remember, I’ve always wanted to be a teacher.
With a Bachelor’s Degree in Interdisciplinary Studies with Teacher Licensure from Bluefield University, over 10 years of teaching experience in public education, PLUS homeschooling my own preschooler, I have found my passion in creating a nurturing and engaging environment for young learners. I believe in hands-on, whole-child, and literacy focused teaching. My favorite part about teaching preschool is seeing the pure joy and excitement for learning. I love to see children problem solve and think critically! Outside of the classroom, I love spending time with my husband and two kids. We love to play at the park, have picnics, and enjoy time with friends!

Filosofía
Our premier private preschool offers exceptional education to children ages 3-5 (and independent 2.5 year olds). We feature small class sizes for maximum 1-on-1 learning, fun hands-on activities to make learning fun, faith-based Bible lessons, and a “whole child” curriculum that helps develop your child’s social, emotional, physical, language, and cognitive skills.

We are an in-home PRESCHOOL (not a daycare) in the Logan’s Mill neighborhood of Chesapeake, VA. We are conveniently located near Greenbrier Intermediate School and behind the Greenbrier Mall.
