Highly Trained Staff: E.L.I. prioritizes the training and qualifications of our staff. All teachers and employees undergo comprehensive training, including certification by the Association of Infant Mental Health in Tennessee (AIMHiTN), C.P.R. for infants and toddlers, childcare licensing and health and safety standards, ratio management, and SIDS prevention. Background checks are mandatory for all employees.

Enlighten Little Individuals (E.L.I.) is a pioneering Infant Childcare Center at the forefront of infant development and care. We focus on providing comprehensive care and early education for infants aged 12 weeks to 18 months. Innovative Learning and Safety: E.L.I.’s innovative infant and toddler care approach stands out. We utilize cutting-edge technology, including intelligent baby monitoring by Owlets, tablets, and room screens, to ensure the safety and well-being of the children. All safety measures strictly comply with Tennessee sleep regulations, including regular checks during naptime.

State-of-the-Art Facilities: Our facility boasts four classrooms and a dedicated playroom. We maintain low teacher-to-child ratios, ensuring personalized care and attention. Each classroom has sensory walls and floors, incorporating technology to enhance learning.
